This is my nandroid backup for Galaxy y that I created due to request made. Was made using madteam cwm (credits goes to them for the recovery).
Backup includes boot.img since madteam's cwm also backs it up.
This is a backed up based on asian firmware of course.. DXKK2 firmware version.

How to install
1. Just extract the zip file to the root of sd card (see video page)
How to use:
after placing the files on root of sd card
turn off phone
1. reboot phone to recovery (power + home+ volume up)
2. Choose select update from sd
3. select the madteams cwm
4. go to backup and restore
5. select the restore and choose the file
Use this backup and flash if you forgot to backup when you install stock rom if applicable.

ReplyDeleteSayang-fixed it using terminal emulator,another prblem,after reboot,im stock on galaxy y logo,nghntay aq for 30 min,ala pa rin.any idea po?
ReplyDeletesayang nga.. pero la kana choice.. Using odin na talaga.. anyways Ive already posted a post on how to change firmwares. Its a step by step procedure using odin and with screenshots. Dondie will post a video soon too i hope. He told me he's working on it

ReplyDeletetry to disconnect first from pc... Then while phone is off, (press volume down+power+home key) together. You will be on download mode then press volume up to continue then plug phone to pc.. :)
odin will turn green
It worked 4 me.... It does what it says! As I forgot to backup and just downloaded it. Flashed it and worked fine.
