Well partly its correct. You can't play android games using this adobe flash player, but what's good is that you can browse the internet using your galaxy y android phone and use the adobe flash player plugin!!
This is already tested and is perfectly working on galaxy y.
Just install the adobe flash player plugin into your android phone, run it and make sure your still connected to the internet to set the settings!
Then Run UC browser and use the plugin to play flash videos!
