What's new is that you will be able to play Flash videos with this ROM with no problem at all, and bugs on v1 was fixed. This ROM also gives faster wifi connection tweaks.

How to install
Download zip here
1. place it on sd root
2. boot to recovery mode
3. choose update from zip
4. select the zip file
5. flash it and enjoy
