Messing up with my friends S3 and secretly extracted this.. :-)
This is called LuminousDots Live wallpaper and you can install it on your Galaxy Y.

This features illuminated square dots as your Live wallpaper. Very smooth and you can set it up too to your desired style. Not so boring to watch since it is really cool. Why not show it to your friends?
