Recently my link for mediafire was deleted. I updated a newer version from a third party friend. This one is tested on android devices with higher end hardware. Proven working. Enjoy the game.

Instructions:
1. install apk (disable wifi or internet connection)
2. then using program to extract .rar files, extract contents to android/data
3. play the game, accept EULA and it will start to download additional data, just press the back button and the GTA screen will appear. Press home button to go back to main screen without closing the game then go to notifications and you will see GTA running there, just click it and play the game.


Game works on galaxy y but you will need a customized rom for galaxy y duos, too much of a hassle though...
