This is a version of ICS icons that you can set as your default icons on your galaxy y. It's really great looking and will look good if you like dark themed icons.

Default Icons that will look colored will now look black. You can change them one by one to your desired taste. Read terms and conditions before installing.

Give credits to dev. You can download an icon changer app on the market or manually do it on your phone if your on custom rom. This actually depends on the rom that your using on your galaxy y.

If you're with repencis they have the tool to change icons under settings. If you're with cod you can try to long press the icons and select edit.
